Allison-Stoffel

Allison, Owner

I started dog training when I adopted my dog Copper in 2015 and realized that training was so much more than providing a him with a loving home. He was destructive, reactive, full of anxiety, and I was completely overwhelmed. But I learned some incredibly valuable methods to communicate with him – in a way he understood – and our lives changed forever.

It is now my passion to help dog owners that feel just as stuck and helpless as I was. Training doesn’t need to be complicated, but it does need to be filled with clear and consistent communication. I’m so proud of the team that we have developed here, and the professionalism and skill that each one of them brings to the facility every day to help our families live happier, healthier, stress-free lives with their dogs. It truly is a joy to come to “work” every day.

For me, there is nothing better than a long off-leash hike on the family farm or relaxing at a local coffee shop -with my dog, Copper, of course!

Chloe, Program Director

Program: Reactivity Training, Day Training

I have been working with dogs professionally since 2016. I’ve worked in boarding, daycare, dog walking, dog sitting, and management. Throughout my career, I’ve discovered a deep passion for giving a voice to misunderstood dogs. Training dogs and their people to live in harmony is the most rewarding experience I have ever had. My special interest in reactivity began when my own dog became reactive, and I am continually learning new ways to help dogs overcome their less desirable behaviors.

My enthusiastic dog, Atlas, is a wonderful training assistant. Through working with Atlas, I have mastered teaching various skills, including off-leash freedom, trick training, nose games, agility, swimming, and frisbee.

In my free time, I enjoy caring for dogs, engaging in art projects, playing video games with my husband, and relaxing with a good show or a favorite book.

Sam, Trainer

Program: Day Training, Puppy Training

My first job was working in a dog boarding facility, and I have been hooked ever since! I love seeing the impact that we can have on our dogs when we lead them, and how training can make their lives better. Working with dogs is always so rewarding; not only does it improve our bond with our dogs, but it also improves our dogs’ (and our) quality of life.

I have two rescue dogs at home, and it has been amazing to witness the changes that a little bit of structure has had on their overall happiness.

I enjoy spending time with my dogs, Nikki and Journee, as well as my boyfriend when I am not working. We love to explore new places with the girls in our free time.

Taylor, Assistant Trainer

Program: Day Training, Doggy Day Jobs

My first job was working in dog daycare and boarding. I have always loved working with animals, but I also saw a lot of people struggling with their dogs’ behaviors and I wanted to do more. I set out to learn how to truly help people become a team with their dogs and help them enjoy their lives together.

It is always so fun watching families and their dogs grow in their confidence and have fun together.

You can often find me at the stables with my horse, River.

Program: Day Training

My love for dogs started from growing up with our family dogs, but my passion for helping dogs and their families started when I worked at a local humane society. I saw countless dogs come through the shelter with behaviors that I knew could be worked through, so I set out on my journey to help families communicate more effectively with their dogs.

I have two rescue dogs of my own, Meeko and Jaxx, that have taught me so much about training. We struggled with resource guarding, excessive barking, reactivity… the list goes on. But I also know how rewarding it is to see breakthroughs in those behaviors.

In my free-time, I enjoy staying active, playing pickleball, enjoying my church community, and of course, spending time with my dogs.
