Owner and Lead Trainer

Allison, Owner

Administrative Team

I started training when I adopted my dog Copper in 2015 and realized that training was so much more than teaching him to “sit”. He was destructive, reactive, and I was completely overwhelmed. But I learned some incredibly valuable methods to communicate with him in a way he understood, and our lives changed forever.

It is now my passion to help dog owners that feel just as stuck and helpless as I was. Training doesn’t need to be complicated, but it does need to be filled with clear and consistent communication. Once you establish clear expectations, you can get to the fun stuff that ultimately leads to a life of freedom for you and your dog.

For me, there is nothing better than a long off-leash hike on the family farm or relaxing at a local coffee shop -with my dog, Copper, of course!

Chloe, Program Director

Program: Reactivity Training, Day Training

My favorite part about working with dogs is watching them come out of their shells. Seeing a shy dog become an excited dog ready to take on the world, or a nervous dog becoming comfortable enough to relax in a busy place – that is so rewarding!

It is an amazing thing to witness dogs (and their families) start to take on challenges that someone may not have thought possible just a week ago.

I love teaching my dog, Atlas, new tricks, and you can always find us out enjoying a fun game of frisbee together.

Sam, Trainer

Program: Day Training

My first job was working in a dog boarding facility, and I have been hooked ever since! I love seeing the impact that we can have on our dogs when we lead them, and how training can make their lives better. Working with dogs is always so rewarding; not only does it improve our bond with our dogs, but it also improves our dogs’ (and our) quality of life.

I have two rescue dogs at home, and it has been amazing to witness the changes that a little bit of structure has had on their overall happiness.

I enjoy spending time with my dogs, Nikki and Journee, as well as my boyfriend when I am not working. We love to explore new places with the girls in our free time.

Taylor, Assistant Trainer

Program: Day Training, Doggy Day Jobs

My first job was working in dog daycare and boarding. I have always loved working with animals, but I also saw a lot of people struggling with their dogs’ behaviors and I wanted to do more. I set out to learn how to truly help people become a team with their dogs and help them enjoy their lives together.

It is always so fun watching families and their dogs grow in their confidence and have fun together.

You can often find me at the stables with my horse, River.
